AS Roma coach Luciano Spalletti heap praises on Sir Alex Ferguson about his transfer dealing.

Spalletti explained: "Teams like Manchester United are thinking in the right way.

"If an offer arrives that meets your expectations, then you must sell. But that doesn't mean you have to do the same and pay over the odds for a replacement.

"This is football now, there are no limits to what a club can pay for a player. But there are also clubs which will continue to focus on young players and support their coach long-term, like Manchester, or Genoa and Fiorentina."
